The
Fourth Kalima, also known as "
Tawheed," signifies the acknowledgment of the oneness of Allah. In Islam, Tawheed encapsulates the principle of monotheism, asserting that Muslims firmly believe in the exclusive existence of Allah, and ultimately, they will return to Him.
Tawheed stands as the primary pillar of Islam, contributing, along with other pillars, to the comprehensive framework of faith in the life of a Muslim. The affirmation of Tawheed serves as a fundamental distinction between a Muslim and a Non-Muslim.
The Quran emphasizes that one of the gravest sins is shirk, denoting the act of associating partners or acknowledging other deities alongside Allah. Shirk is deemed a severe transgression and, as per the Quran, is considered unforgivable.
